Hello, we are Olivier and Fiona!
We love exploring new places and have always preferred the cozy vibes of people’s homes over conventional hotels. Yet, in our travels, we noticed a consistent gap in the services hosts provide. We sought a level of comfort akin to a 5-star experience, even in someone else’s home, but finding that perfect comfort was always an endeavor. This quest for a 5-star level of comfort became even more challenging after becoming parents.
This inspired us to create our own concierge service. Our primary goal is to assist hosts in giving their guests a warm welcome and ensuring they enjoy unparalleled comfort throughout their stay, while boosting revenue significantly.
