Hello, we are Olivier and Fiona! We love exploring new places and have always preferred the cozy vibes of people’s homes over conventional hotels. Yet, in our travels, we noticed a consistent gap in the services hosts provide. We sought a level of comfort akin to a 5-star experience, even in someone else’s home, but finding that perfect comfort was always an endeavor. This quest for a 5-star level of comfort became even more challenging after becoming parents. This inspired us to create our own concierge service.
